Below you can see a general overview of the process of booking Megan Is Imaging as your wedding photographer. Continued after booking, you will be able to view the overall time line of what your experience will be from Inquiry to full wedding gallery delivery.
STEP 01
Fill out the inquiry form
Fill out the contact form and please make sure to include the date of your wedding! I will be back in touch with you within 2-3 business days.
STEP 02
Call or meet up
If I have availability for your date, we will set up a discovery call. If you are local to Cleveland, we can also set a time to meet for a coffee if you prefer to meet in person. This discovery call will go more in-depth of what it is like to have me as your wedding photographer and see if we are a good fit for each other.
STEP 03
securing your date
You have decided that we are a good fit for each other and would like to move forward with booking and securing your wedding date with me! To do so, a signed contract and $375 non-refundable retainer is due.
STEP 04
engagement session
If you have booked a wedding package, a complimentary engagement session is included. We will get that scheduled and completed.
STEP 05
You will receive a few different documents prior to your wedding date that will collect all the important details that are needed to successfully photograph your wedding day.

STEP 07
Sneak peeks
Of course you get sneaks!! Sneak peeks will be delivered back to you within that first week after your wedding day. I always try to get them out as soon as possible.
STEP 08
Gallery delivery
you can expect your full gallery delivered back to you 8-12 weeks following your wedding day.
